The Founding of America The Founding of America did not start with the sound of "the alarm" of the Red Coats advancing from Concord. Using the fascinating backdrop of God’s providential timetable, evangelist/historian Richard “Little Bear” Wheeler vividly retraces the advancement of individual and national liberty, from its earliest connection to William Wallace in the Scottish cause for freedom, to America’s war-torn Old Glory. Friday Night: 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. OPENING SESSION Richard "Little Bear" Wheeler vividly retraces the advancement of individual and national liberty from its connection to Braveheart: William Wallace in the ancient Scottish cause for freedom--as it relates to the inspiration of America's liberty as one nation under God. Saturday: 9:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Part 2: God Prepares the Word Rev. Wheeler takes his audience on a panoramic walk-through-the-Bible, spanning 4,000 years of chronological history for the purpose of tracing the development of God's Holy Word and His divine sovereignty concerning the timetable of events and nations to fulfill God's purposes for mankind. Part 3: God Prepares the Land While Europe seethed with strife and heathen religions, in His sovereign plan, God prepared a virgin land to cultivate His Word. This message will vividly demonstrate the events that unfolded as God accomplished this amazing feat through the perseverance of a visionary named Christopher Columbus. 20-minute break Part 4: God Prepares the People Once God’s Holy Word was made available to noblemen and peasantry alike, and the way was paved to a remarkable land, God’s sovereign will accomplished extraordinary deeds through an ordinary people who were yielded to His purposes to glorify Him. Learn of the unparalleled struggles, as well as the triumphs of another "chosen people." Lunch Break: 12:30 - 1:15 p.m. Part 5: God Prepares the Nation This final session will tie the historical knot of approximately 6,000 years, chronicling the crucible of the struggle for liberty as our Founding Fathers and valiant women embraced the furnace of affliction for a lasting freedom in this nation under God. |
